The German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)
The German General Equal Treatment Act became effective on 18 August 2006. In the spirit of the legislators, we strive to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, religion or ideology, disability, age or sexual identity. All of our offices actively pursue this goal and consistently apply these legal regulations.
Based on our commitment in the area of Executive Search and Executive Development, we have been comprehensively briefed on the details of the law and are available to our clients and candidate as a knowledge resource in this context.
If our website or any other company publication should contain ambiguous or discriminatory text, please be assured that any such content is unintentional. Please advise us of any concerns immediately, so that we can rectify the situation.
All gender specific grammatical forms are intended to be gender neutral. A single form may be used in the interest of ease of reading and to avoid repetition, but it is tacitly understood to refer to the other gender equally.
