Ivan Sramek has longstanding management experience in executive search in Germany and Eastern Europe and specialises in the placement of first and second level managers and specialists, primarily in the construction and automotive industries.

On graduation from the University of Economics in Prague, Ivan Sramek started his career as the Export and Marketing Manager of a multinational pharma-ceuticals group. He then managed a discount retail chain in the Czech Republic and then subsequently moved to the personnel consulting sector and has since supported national and international clients in Germany and the Czech Republic for more than 16 years, representing prestigious executive search companies as a partner and director.
 
He is currently studying for an international MBA at the Prague-Sheffield University.
