Mr Lodowing Insiun, Malaysian-Chinese by birth and grown up in the Rhineland, studied Southeast Asian Studies as well as Economics and Sociology at the University of Bonn. For more than eight years he has been working in the management and HR consulting sector supporting German medium-sized businesses founding their factories and branch offices in Asia and China. In the past, Mr Insiun supported investment projects and, in this context, analysed production sites and their supply chains in China. Furthermore he focused on recruiting local specialists and executives and supported the integration of Asian professionals in European companies based in China.
In early 2009, Mr Insiun transfered to DEININGER Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. In the capacity of new Managing Director he is now supporting our clients in China.
