Following graduation with a Masters in Machine Engineering and several years of experience in the industry, Thomas Deininger joined a leading international management and executive search firm in 1973, where he was appointed CEO in 1978. At the end of 1981 he co-founded DEININGER CONSULTING GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, where he is CEO and Partner.
