Following his study of Law, Thorsten Ebertshäuser focused his career from day one on developing innovative recruitment strategies based on electronic media.
He joined Monster Deutschland in 2000 and played a significant role in the successful development of eRecruitment and job exchanges. He also coordinated cooperation with the American parent company, the HR consulting and marketing company TMP Worldwide. This intensive cooperation allowed him to gather critical experience in HR consulting and marketing, which he could then utilise in the German market.
Since 2001, Thorsten Ebertshäuser is a lecturer on the topics: eRecruitment, Recruitment Trends and Optimum Application Strategies.
