Mr Radhe Shyam Sharma graduated in Mechanical Engineering and started his career in Telecommunications. He achieved great results in techno­logical development and the introduction of a new work culture for the Indian automobile industry. His next career step was to very successfully transfer this work culture to other companies.
He decided to enter the world of management consulting in mid-2008, allowing him to optimise the use of his international management potential in the recruitment of managers. Mr Sharma was appointed General Manager and Partner of DEININGER Management Consultants Pvt Ltd in India.
