Individual strengths and development areas are determined together with the Coach and expressed in a direct professional context. The objective is to optimise the professional and personal positioning of the manager both inside and outside the company.
The Coach assumes the role of an independent sparring partner, giving unbiased and specific feedback. All of the types of behaviour shown by the Coachee are jointly reviewed; alternative behaviour is then jointly determined and practised in order to develop skills systematically.
